Bolts on the lift arm to stop the 9 hole style drawbar from turning allowing ball pin hitch to be fitted in the 9 hole drawbar horizontally 

Fits lower lift arms up to 25mm wide x 75mm deep can be used with cat 1 or cat 2 drawbars
